- Firstly, simulations engineers need to understand the complex environment and the physical components of the technical solution that they are tasked with simulating. Initially, this process involves analysing the customer's needs and liaising with other engineers.
- Worked closely with the business units to identify root causes, facilitates what-if analysis for continuous improvement for the convey or traffic. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Mechanical engineering, Automation engineering, Electronic/Electrical engineering
- Experience in work study, plant layout, material standard and headcount modeling
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals at various levels of the organization
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple and concurrent priorities
- Good analytical skills, communication and presentation skills
