- Talk to stakeholders to understand user needs, behaviors, and motivations.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to effectively communicate design concepts.
- Collaborate with product managers and developers to define user stories and requirements.
- Design intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces, mostly for web (laptop/desktop). Mobile (both iOS and Android compatible) experience is a plus.
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
- Advocate for the user throughout the design process and champion a user-centered design approach within the organization.
- Work closely with developers to ensure design feasibility and consistency across platforms.
- Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing your UI/UX design work and process.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar .
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication in English and collaboration skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with agile development methodologies is a plus.
- Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with motion design principles and tools.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
- Understanding of difference between B2C and B2B design requirements
