- Oversee the entire recruitment process for all branches, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Build and maintain strong rapport with staff members across branches.
- Address and resolve employee issues and concerns through effective counseling and conflict resolution.
- Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.
- Continuously assess and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.
- Initiate and organize employee bonding and engagement activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.
- Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee participation and well-being.
- Provide guidance and oversight to junior HR staff responsible for payroll and basic HR operations.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related HR transactions.
- Develop and implement programs that promote staff welfare, including benefits and wellness initiatives.
- Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.
- Generate regular reports for management to track HR performance and compliance.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Business Administration or equivalent
- Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HR software and systems.
- Creative thinker with a passion for employee engagement and welfare
- Open to traveling to various legal firms to provide oversight for their staff
