    About the Company

    Our client is a legal management office located in PJ. They provide corporate services and talent acquisition of permanent, contract and temporary positions in legal sectors. They are seeking an experienced HR Manager to contribute to the overall success of our organization. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, employee relations, policy development, and staff development.

    Job Description

    1) End-to-End Recruitment:

    • Oversee the entire recruitment process for all branches, ensuring the selection of top talent to meet organizational needs.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain qualified candidates.
    • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.

    2) Employee Relations and Counseling:

    • Build and maintain strong rapport with staff members across branches.
    • Address and resolve employee issues and concerns through effective counseling and conflict resolution.
    • Promote a positive work environment and foster employee engagement.

    3) HR Policy and System Improvement:

    • Continuously assess and improve HR policies, procedures, and systems to enhance efficiency and compliance.
    • Stay updated on relevant labour laws and regulations to ensure legal compliance.

    4) Employee Bonding and Engagement:

    • Initiate and organize employee bonding and engagement activities to enhance team cohesion and morale.
    • Create a positive and inclusive workplace culture that encourages employee participation and well-being.

    5) Payroll and HR Operations Oversight:

    • Provide guidance and oversight to junior HR staff responsible for payroll and basic HR operations.
    • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and related HR transactions.

    6) Staff Welfare, Development, and Skills:

    • Develop and implement programs that promote staff welfare, including benefits and wellness initiatives.
    • Identify training and development needs and design programs to enhance staff skills and career growth.

    7) Reporting:

    • Generate regular reports for management to track HR performance and compliance.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum 5 years of experience.
    • Degree/Diploma in Human Resources Management/ Psychology/ Business Administration or equivalent
    • Proven experience in HR management, including recruitment, employee relations, and policy development.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships at all levels.
    • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
    • Proficiency in HR software and systems.
    • Creative thinker with a passion for employee engagement and welfare
    • Open to traveling to various legal firms to provide oversight for their staff

    Remuneration

    • RM 6,000 - RM 9,000
