- Study & analyze Direct Labor work methods & tasks for each process to establish standard staffing requirements (LMR, LVR, Fix) for resource planning.
- Identified & applied Lean approach to systematically eliminate operational waste & improve productivity.
- Facilitate Lean Initiative Program (eg: Kaizen Workshop)
- Engage with team member to achieve successful implementation of Kaizen events including the relentless pursuit of continuous improvement by eliminating waste and improving cycle times.
- Lead value stream mapping exercises to identify & document opportunities to improve the business (Current & Future State)
- Provide support & expertise in areas of safety, quality, throughput improvement, line balancing and cost reductions.
- Degree in Engineering course preferably in Manufacturing & Industrial Engineering
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / tools will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office
- Excellent communication & teamwork skills
