Support day-to-day operations

Attending to customers' inquiry through various platforms

Communicate with clients by email, whatsapp and phone from initial contact to closed deal, as often as deemed necessary.

Engaging and communicate with customer about the product

Maintain a harmonious relationship with current customer

Build new relationship to meet sales target

Identify, approach and educate new customer and closed potential deals

Follow up with potential customer

To provide information and solutions on products and services to increase the overall satisfaction

Update daily sales report

To achieve sales target set by the Management

Adhoc tasks as requested by the supervisor

Experience in trading/broker is highly recommended
