- Definition, development, set-up and continuous improvement of the SPCprocess and DoE
- Responsible for the sustaining SPC process, DoE and their respectivetools
- Reporting of effectiveness and efficiency KPI
- Regular reviews and audits in IFX organization
- Training and coaching/mentoring of users, local process experts,potential sub-process owners and process leaders
- Build up cross functional team- and project set within the set-up andcontinous improvement of the SPC process and DoE You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Technical degree (Wirtschaftsinformatik, Statistik or similar)
- Excellent Knowledge in Statistical methods
- Fluency in English due to working in multi-cultural teams
- Excellent knowledge of contribution of IFX to ensure IFX quality andproductivity objectives
- Excellent knowledge of development and production processes, KPIs andinternal & external standards
- Developing, structuring and leading the organizational development teamwith clear roles, responsibilities and interfaces (relevant contributorsfrom FE, BE and all DIVs
