We are seeking a motivated and experienced Cluster IT Manager preferably in Hospitality Industry to join our team. The Cluster IT Manager plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel's technology infrastructure.

You will collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences through innovative technology solutions while maintaining a secure and reliable IT environment.

Key Responsibilities:
1)

System Administration:
Manage and maintain the hotel's network infrastructure, including servers, routers, switches, and wireless networks.

2)

Software Management:
Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of property management systems, point-of-sale systems, and other hotel-specific software.

3)

Data Security:
Implement and enforce data security protocols to protect guest information, financial transactions, and internal data.

4)

User Support:
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to hotel staff and guests for IT-related issues.

5)

Vendor Management:
Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and equipment procurement, ensuring cost-effective solutions and timely support.

6)

Technology Upgrades:
Plan and execute technology upgrades and replacements to keep systems up-to-date and aligned with industry standards.

7)

Training:
Conduct training sessions for hotel staff on the use of IT systems and best practices for data security.

Qualifications:
1) Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

2) Proven experience (3+ years) in IT management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

3) Strong knowledge of hotel-specific software and systems, such as property management systems (PMS) and guest booking systems.

4) Proficiency in network administration, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.

5) Experience in data security practices and compliance (PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.).

6) Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Pay:
RM8, RM10,000.00 per month
