- Campaign management on our E-commerce platforms such as Shopee / Lazada / TikTok / Facebook
- Produce/Create Reels, TikToks and Xiao Hong Shu, in consultation with our account managers and other creatives.
- Daily monitor and reply customer inquiries appropriately across all E-commerce platforms to ensure a reliable and consistent customer experience, aligned with best-practices
- Product Shooting, Upload product details, including product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications and maintaining all the SKUs selection on the e-commerce platform
- Assistance with price adjustments / promotion deals on e-commerce platform
- Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
- Develop content ideas and curate content, translating the idea to reality with our in-house designer
- Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
- Public relation experience in the beauty industry is a plus
- Minimum SPM qualifications with credits in English & Bahasa Malaysia.
- Highly proficient in MS Office applications
- Good knowledge in working with E-commerce portal such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop etc
- Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in email, customer enquiries and feedbacks.
- Ability to work well under pressure, detail oriented and has strong logical and critical thinking to solve problems.
