- Professional management of all assigned License Compliance cases
- Report and maintain systems related to License Compliance activities
- Generating, tracking and qualifying leads from various sources
- Evaluate the weight of evidence when pursuing targets
- Participate in:
- Communication campaigns
- Managing enforcement providers and counsel (including but not limited to handling of legal documents such as Power of Attorney)
- Coordination with internal teams such as Corporate Legal, Financial Operations, Account Advancement and others as applicable
- Acting on behalf of Bentley when local enforcement agencies require including but not limited to attending interviews at police stations
- This is a full-time role expected to work 40 hours per week that will require occasional international travel. Office attendance is optional.
- A Bachelor's degree preferably in law
- 2 Years PQE would be advantageous
- Knowledge of copyright enforcement procedures in Vietnam preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Cloud for Sales or equivalent will be helpful
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Vietnamese Language

Anti-Piracy Associate
Location: Home-Based / Hybrid - Malaysia/ Philippines/ Taiwan
Position Summary:
We are looking for sales specialists to join the Bentley Systems License Compliance team. The team's goal is to monetize usage in situations where: 1) there is no contractual relationship between Bentley and the software pirate, and 2) there is a contractual relationship between Bentley and the non-compliant user. The two main elements of the program are 1) Lead Generation and Qualification; and 2) Enforcement.
