    Day-to-day operations & administration of events / travel related matters.

    Strategize, plan and execute promotional initiatives and action plans to promote events & incentive trips to AIA Bhd. agency force as well as aim to create a wonderful experience and memorable event / trip for our agency force.

    Roles And Responsibilities

  • Planning, organizing & managing events / incentive trips on a project basis.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders when organizing events / incentive trips to work out event/trip details, communication & promotion plan and execution of tasks.
  • Research & explore new ideas and provide recommendations to improve and enhance initiatives, processes and tasks.
  • To explore how we can adopt digital ways by applying them in events / incentive trips to create memorable experiences for our agency force.
  • Source for vendors when necessary to support events / incentive trips promotion initiatives.
  • Conduct post-mortem / evaluation after each event / incentive trip and provide insights on areas for improvement.
  • Prepare event / trip closure report for sign-off by supervisor / team lead / Director of Agency Operational Excellence.
  • Minimum Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Preferably with 2-3 years working experience in related field.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill in both oral and written.
  • Competent with Microsoft software such as Words, Excel and Powerpoint.
  • Knowledge and skill in digital applications that supports events / trips management or design software (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, etc) will be an added advantage.
