    About the Role

    1.Lead the backend team to achieve POS TAT and Benchmark under Control function.
    2.Support recovery project, system gap fixes, suspense clearance & Post Claim transactions.
    3.Lead the suspense process transformation & automation towards future sustainable mode.

    1. Take charge of Post Claim & Control teams KPIs & service delivery.

    2. Suspense management, ensuring all suspense within POS scope is cleared. Guidance to the staffs in suspense clearance.

    3. Provide support and constantly reviews by identifying the system gaps and processing issue in system. Raise UR & perform UAT.

    4. Perform full skill / cross skill training & hands on support to enable staff obtain full skills to cross support each other

    5. Ensure reports & SOPs are reviewed & updated periodically to comply with regulatory requirement, documentation / reports submission on time.

    6. Ensure subordinates aware of new processes & procedures update.

    7. Identify & implement process improvement to improve operation efficiency.
