- To assist in various aspects of insolvency administration assignments.
- To assist in securing and realizing the assets of the companies
- Preparing correspondences, reports and presentations.
- Liaising and dealing with bankers, solicitors, creditors, debtors, directors and statutory bodies
- To assist in conducting and adjudicating proof of debt
- Convene and attend any necessary meetings involving shareholders and creditors in the normal conduct of a receivership and/or liquidation administration.
- Graduate or with less than 2 years of relevant working experience.
- An advantage if candidate possess some working knowledge and experience in corporate and debt restructurings, and corporate insolvencies.
- Flair in numerals, report writing and presentation skills.
- Good command of both written and spoken English.
