- Responsible for operation and maintenance of the company's hardware, software, office equipment and security, and WMS system;
- Select and review office hardware, software, office equipment and security system;
- Technical support for important telephone calls and video conference;
- Coordinate suppliers of outsourced hardware and software equipment;
- Assist in the implementation and operation of company's software system;
- Establish and update documentation program for the warehouse management system and transportation management system;
- Optimize the system interface and apply new technologies in the projects;
- Solve technical system problems, sort out feasible improvement plans, continuously improve the system technical indicators and facilitate the implementation of long-term planning and construction;
- Put forward and manage system development plans, then deliver the achievement as expected.
- Expertise in WEB development tool, such as Java. Able to develop B/S applications.
- Min 7-8 years' experience in operation and maintenance of office network and security system, such as wifi, network, infra, lan and etc;
- Strong R&D ability, coordination, and problem-solving skills, strong execution ability.
- Bachelor's degree or above in information engineering, aged 25 – 35.
- Mandarin and English speaker.
- Min 5 years' experience in developing WEB application systems transportation management system (TMS) and warehouse management system (WMS/ERP).
- Familiar with installation and maintenance of office software.
