    Description

    We are seeking a Marketing Executive who will be responsible for orchestrating and executing innovative marketing strategies across various platforms, with a focus on social media management and e-commerce optimization. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and analytical skills to drive engagement, brand awareness, and sales growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Content Creation and Management:

    • Assist the team to organize and shoot creative content for social media platforms, including lifestyle photographs and videos of products and models.
    • Composing engaging copy for social media posting.
    • Manage social media community by responding promptly to comments, private messages, and direct messages.
    • Keep abreast of developments in fashion, jewellery, and social media trends to ensure content remains relevant and resonates with the target audience.
    • Monthly social media engagement reporting

    E-commerce Management:

    • Handle daily inquiries and ensure efficient order fulfillment on the e-commerce site.
    • Monthly sales tracking & reporting.

    Marketing Strategy and Support:

    • Provide support to team members in executing 360 marketing initiatives.
    • Collaborate with internal team members and external vendors (e.g., professional photographers, printers) to create marketing materials and execute campaigns effectively.
    • Liaise with sales staff to facilitate appointments and track the success of sales initiatives.

    Qualifications and Skills:

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
    • Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in social media management, content creation, and e-commerce optimization.
    • Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics, such as Google Analytics, SEM, and SEO.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
    • Proficient copywriting skill in English, Malay and/or Mandarin is plus point.
    • Creative thinking and a keen eye for detail in content creation.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
    • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and trends.
    • Strong understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.
