    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Prospect and build a sales pipeline by outbound calling, email communications to develop new business in Enterprise sector
    • Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the deal.
    • Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
    • Negotiate pricing and contractual agreements to close the sale.
    • Overseeing sales, promotions, and campaigns
    • Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service
    • Advising dealers on policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
    • Follow up closely to ensure excellent pre-sales and post-sales account servicing

    The Profile

    • Passion to hunt (cold-call), educate and sell - you are resilient and can adapt to change easily
    • Required Skill in smart workspace solution such as visitor management; time attendance, access control, meeting room booking system etc.
    • Required experience in enterprise room booking, visitor management
    • 5+ years of experience as a business development or technical solution sales working in Visitor Management, CCTV, access control, data analytics solution
    • Broad network in the biometrics access control, time attendance corporation market
    • Broad network in both Enterprise sector
    • Have experience to sell solution value
    • Channel management 2 year plus
    • Solution focused mindset and strong attention to detail
    • Positive and energetic attitude
    • Patience, excellent interpersonal skills
    • Strong business acumen
