    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper
    • Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
    • Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages
    • Greet customers and provide information
    • Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
    • Process incoming and outgoing mail
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
    • Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his/her Superior/ Management from time to time.

    Job Requirements

    • SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
    • Previous experience working in an office setting would be and added advantage
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
    • Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
    • Able to learn quickly and use new technology
    • Strong organizational and time-management skills
    • Detail-oriented and accurate with data entry
