- Maintain records and filing systems, both electronic and paper
- Ensure all documents are accurately filed and easily retrievable
- Answer telephone calls and take accurate messages
- Greet customers and provide information
- Enter data into databases, spreadsheets, and other software programs
- Process incoming and outgoing mail
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and presentations
- Carry out any other duties that may be assigned by his/her Superior/ Management from time to time.
- SPM/STPM/Diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working in an office setting would be and added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
- Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks
