    About the Role

    To be part of the PD Channel Engagement, Performance & Transformation team and support pivotal initiatives across Partnership Distribution channels to drive long term business growth.

    Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Work with partners to implement customer segmentation strategies, and tailor marketing efforts across partner's different marketing channels to enhance the visibility and performance of bancassurance products.
  • Promote repurchase behavior among existing customers through personalised communication and tailored remarketing campaigns.
  • Provide insights on banca leads referral & conversion activities and work with sales teams to identify gaps & opportunities.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations of marketing campaigns, providing insights and adjusting strategies as needed to meet or exceed targets.
  • Collaborate with data analytics teams to gather and interpret customer insights, contributing to data-driven decision-making processes.
  • Organise PBB-AIA events, including the annual business kickoff & customer events.
  • Manage the digital insurance platform, including working with bank partner to drive traffic to the platform, tailor marketing communication & ultimately drive sales conversion
  • Manage the marketing budget and resources and ensure that the marketing objectives and goals are met.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to ensure the bancassurance marketing strategy remains innovative and compliant.
  • Performs other responsibilities and duties periodicaly assigned by superiors in order to meet job requirements.
  • Minimum Job Requirements:

  • Degree in any field preferably in finance / marketing / business administration. Insurance or investment qualification will be an added advantage.
  • Minimum 5 – 7 years working experience, with at least 3 years experiences in banking and financial services industry.
  • Proven experience in channel marketing, content development or similar role in a digital marketing environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, deductive reasoning, problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong customer focus with the ability to quickly build strong relationships within and out of the organization.
  • Strong written, verbal communication skills and presentation skills
  • Result driven, self-motivated and ability to work in a stressful and challenging environment
  • Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
  • Project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Knowledge and understanding of various marketing channels and platforms such as social media, email, web, print, etc.
  • Proficient in using digital marketing tools and software
  • Most importantly, have a passion for marketing.
