    Description
    Job Responsibility

    • To maintain accounting books and records
    • To maintain proper filing systems
    • To issue and check invoices, Debit/Credit Notes, JV, and other transactions.
    • To issue payment vouchers and cheques
    • To assist the superior in all matters
    • Responsible for general office administration and any other ad hoc duties as assigned

    Job Requirements

    • More than 1 year experience
    • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
    • Candidate must possess at least an SPM, Diploma, or any equivalent certificate
    • Good negotiation skills. Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, adapt to dealing with and engaging people at all levels.
    • Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
