Description

We are seeking an experienced Access Management Architect with a strong background in Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD). The Access Management Architect will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining access management solutions that ensure the security and efficiency of our organization's digital resources. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of identity and access management concepts, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Management and administration of Microsoft Active Directory including but not limited to domain controller management, schema management, group policy management and delegation, AD Sites and Services, OU management and delegation, replication, DNS, Certificate Services, and auditing and monitoring of domain health and security.
• Management and administration of Cloud Azure AD including but not limited to Azure AD Connect, enterprise applications and federation, application registrations, admin consent and client secrets, role management, Azure MFA, conditional access policies, and application proxy configuration.
• Administration of Azure subscription security including subscription policies and hierarchy, role management, resource group access control, key vaults, client secrets, and service principals.
• Supporting Audit Activities and providing supporting evidence as and when required.
• Assisting Project teams with Active Directory integration patterns using AD and Azure AD, Azure MFA, ADFS & Azure Federation, and SSO patterns.
  
  

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in access management engineering, including implementation and configuration of solutions using Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (Azure AD).
• Strong understanding of authentication protocols (OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML) and authorization concepts.
• Familiarity with cloud identity and access management (IAM) concepts and best practices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in complex, distributed environments.
• Knowledge of security frameworks, compliance standards, and industry best practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work across diverse technical teams and business units.
• Knowledge of Powershell scripting is a plus.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE or Azure Certifications are preferred.
