- Working hours between 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM, Monday to Friday
- Responsible for handling maritime & air import/export operations.
- Creating, organizing and following shipment processes.
- Improving our relationships with current suppliers and partners is a plus.
- Following daily import/export operations, taking necessary actions.
- Keeping a good coordination with customers, carriers and Barsan's other offices.
- Working in coordination & closely with Sales, Pricing and Operations Teams.
- Effectively communicating with suppliers, liners, agencies and service providers in a professional manner.
- Proficiency in English
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience is logistics field required.
- High sense of urgency with a detail-oriented focus and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experienced in working with Shipping lines and other suppliers.
- Experienced in Ocean Freight and Air Freight in Malaysia.
- Taking responsibility for the position with positive and friendly attitude.
- Open to team work with creative and innovative skills.
