- Assume a high level of responsibilities of audit and compliance controls
- Supervise audit team inclusive of review of working papers and appropriate performance feedback
- Highly motivated, results oriented and capable to troubleshoot and resolve work problems effectively
- Good interpersonal and communication skills and a team player
- Interact / liaise with client on audit assignments
- Ability to work independently, render all aspects of audit duties and functions and meet deadlines
- To provide training and coaching to audit assistants
- Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Auditing or equivalent or relevant professional qualification such as MICPA/ACCA/ PA/MIA
- At least 2 years of working experience with an audit firm for semi senior position and minimum 3 years for senior position
- Be technically sound in accounting standards, auditing standards and relevant laws
- Self-motivated, pro-active, and with strong analytical qualities
- Good interpersonal, communication, planning, managerial and technical skills to execute specialized assignments are important pre-requisites
- High Integrity and excellent work ethics, with strong sense of responsibility, commitment and discipline
