Job description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Able to handle full set of accounts.
- To maintain an integrated computerized accounting system including cash book, AR, AP and GL.
- Prepare monthly financial and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliation and ensure accurate records.
- Process monthly payroll, EPF, SOCSO, PCB and yearly EA form.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and suppliers.
- Assist in audit and statutory compliance matters.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
Diploma or above in Finance / Accounting or equivalent.
Minimum 2–3 years experience in full set accounts.
Must have a proper knowledge of UBS Accounting System.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented and able to meet deadlines.
Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate as need to deal with related group of supplier and contractors.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
