Job Description

• Supports Opco management, key stakeholders, and organization in delivering process improvement initiatives, monitoring and reporting outcomes, and sharing best practices
• Performs periodic testing to monitor controls operated by management, aligned with the company's risk assessment at both global and local levels
• Jointly with management, remediates control failures, assesses impact, and reports for OpCo management
• Defines and implements effective business process design and operation methodologies through development of control strategies
• Supports management in designing, documenting, and implementing processes and controls to adhere to global design principles
• Drives development and governance of Process and Control Documentation Standards (Design Principles), continuously improving the controls monitoring framework and activities
• Embeds a process improvement culture, driving process and control improvement to realize benefits
• Facilitates and drives definition and assessment of key risks, designing and implementing appropriate risk responses at the OpCo level
• Leads assessment of new policy impacts on controls, supporting and challenging OpCo management to ensure risks and controls are considered during policy design
• Supports Global Corporate Audit in planning, executing, reporting, and following up on audits for consistent and efficient adoption of audit plan across the organization

The Successful Applicant

• Has experience in process risk management, internal control, process management, fraud management, and compliance
• Has experience in operational audit and risk management
• Can organize and lead cross-functional teams, assess process and information flows, perform cost/benefit analyses, track results, and implement changes to improve business performance
• Has a strategic mindset for business units/functions and is commercially aware
• Has a high level of integrity, takes ownership, and is accountable for results
• Possesses strong quantitative, statistical, and computer skills, including the ability to perform sophisticated analysis with spreadsheet and/or database applications
• Is dynamic and eager to work on a variety of topics.
