- To support the Revenue Management culture for driving revenue by leading cross departmental decision making to maximize different revenue streams.
- To lead the statistical and competitive information gathering and produce forecasts based on demand, timely and within accuracy expectations.
- Consult in discussions, recommend and implement overall revenue maximization strategies including business mix strategies, identifying revenue opportunities and group recommendations.
- Create, recommend and implement effective pricing strategies for all market segments and revenue streams with logical rate structures that drive revenues into the hotel.
- Maximize delivery through all distribution channels by implementing revenue management strategies and yield management tactics effectively in all channels.
- Supervise Revenue Executive on day to day tasks.
- Possess a Degree in statistic, business or marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
- Aptitude for deriving information from data and using information to determine tactics and strategies.
- Understanding of distribution channels and ability to maintain good working relationships with various representatives.
- Good comminication skills including listening and putting thoughts in words that can build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
- Ability to lead a team, detect and develop talent.
- Knowledge of hotels operations is an added advantage.
