    for Revenue Manager

    Job Summary:

  • To support the Revenue Management culture for driving revenue by leading cross departmental decision making to maximize different revenue streams.
  • To lead the statistical and competitive information gathering and produce forecasts based on demand, timely and within accuracy expectations.
  • Consult in discussions, recommend and implement overall revenue maximization strategies including business mix strategies, identifying revenue opportunities and group recommendations.
  • Create, recommend and implement effective pricing strategies for all market segments and revenue streams with logical rate structures that drive revenues into the hotel.
  • Maximize delivery through all distribution channels by implementing revenue management strategies and yield management tactics effectively in all channels.
  • Supervise Revenue Executive on day to day tasks.
  • Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree in statistic, business or marketing or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience in similar capacity.
  • Aptitude for deriving information from data and using information to determine tactics and strategies.
  • Understanding of distribution channels and ability to maintain good working relationships with various representatives.
  • Good comminication skills including listening and putting thoughts in words that can build and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead a team, detect and develop talent.
  • Knowledge of hotels operations is an added advantage.
