The Role of the Project Executive

 With account servicing/project management/studio/print/av production/print production background

 Manage creative resource, project workflow and timeline

 Organise WIP with respective department involvement

 Manage 3rd party quotations, negotiate, brief & apppoint suppliers

 Raise Estimates & Purchase Order for respective account

 Follow up on feedback and status on projects

 Communicate effectively with team members and ensure team are being informed/notified on status

 Directly oversee team members' performance and morale

 Identify potential risks/issues to the on going planned project. Develop plans and measures to minimize and mitigate the potential risks

 Maintain awareness of project parameters

 Offer creative solutions
