• Overall BE plant reporting tasks including financial summary factory report for budget/forecast/actual.
• BE Operation and service unit related topics includes cost center budget/forecast/actual gap analysis and reporting.
• Work with operation owners to drive budget, cost improvement and control throughout the plant.
• Volume reporting analysis and operational spending including maintenance, indirect material, projects, etc.
• Prepare, review and monitor headcount planning and forecast for each respective cost center.
• Active business partnering to relevant stakeholders.
• Bachelor's Degree or advanced degree + some related working experience.
• Experience inManufacturing Plant controlling.
