- Client Communication:
1. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients in Taiwan, addressing inquiries, providing support and information on products and services.
2, Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Sales Assistance:
3. Collaborate with the sales team to create and manage sales orders & quotations, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
4. Support the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations and other materials for client meetings.
5. Follow up & share latest promotion with clients through phone calls and/or email correspondence.
- Collaboration:
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
7. Collaborate with team members to provide support in achieving sales targets.
- Data Management:
8. Utilize CRM tools to maintain and update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports for analysis.
9. Maintain order records and update the sales database regularly. - At least 2 years of experience in a sales support, sales administrative, customer service and/or other relevant role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin.
- Intermediate level of English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Must be customer service oriented.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be tech-savvy.
- Knowledge of the Taiwan market is an added advantage.
