    Description

    In your new role you will:

    • Responsible for Quality Audit functions in MAL, ensure quality audits performance to meet the customer's required quality requirements.
    • To perform internal system audit and process audit as per plan, and fulfilled minimum requirement as per audit guidelines.
    • Accountable to sustain in the certified auditors list for VDA6.3 & IATF16949 and support cross site audits as requested.
    • Manage all audit findings and drive corrective actions to meet timely closure The role has significant impact on audit KPI for Site MAL overall and BE cluster as a whole.
    • Drive to ensure all Audit KPI performance is achieved.
    • Handle all customers visit/audit (including paper audit/self-assessment) and align with operations for successful audit.
    • Responsible to derive SRC from internal and external audit, drive improvement measures.
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • Degree/Master in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics, Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science)
    • Preferred with minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing with good package manufacturing knowledge and quality systematic knowhow with strong understanding of quality principles. Knowledge of IATF core tools: 8D, SPC and FMEA
    • Familiar in manufacturing processes knowhow (eg. assembly, testing as well as subcon plating)
    • Good personality, proactive, positive mindset and independent
    • Knowledge of IATF 5 core tools: SPC, FMEA, MSA, PPAP and APQP
    • Using Systematic Approach (eg. PDCA, DMAIC approach) & QC Tools for Problem Solving, knowledge of 8D with 3X5 why methodologies
    • Knowledgeable in Project management (PRIMA)
