    Description
    In your new role you will:
    • Supervises a team of operators and senior operators including allocation of tasks and monitoring of quality delivered.
    • Responsible for implementing production schedules, methods and processes, ensuring the effective use of manpower .
    • Prioritise few activities and make effective decisions in a high stress manufacturing workplace, using known problem solving
    • Interact and communicate effectively with equipment engineering and process engineering in a support role
    You are best equipped for this task if you have:
    • 1 to 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment in a supervisory role.
    • Degree or diploma in a manufacturing related field
