    A prominent retail organization with a significant presence throughout Malaysia is actively recruiting a skilled HR Admin & Operations Manager to join their esteemed team based in Kuala Lumpur.


    Key requirements include:
    – Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Psychology or etc
    – More than 12 years of HR management covering HR Operations, Payroll, Recruitment with more than 4 years experience in demonstrating strong leadership in handling large-scale workforce management.
    – Formulate and execute HR strategies, policies, and protocols that are in line with the organization's strategic direction and vision of the organization.
    – Demonstrate proficiency in utilizing HRMS related applications that encompass a wide range of functionalities.
