    Job Description

    We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior FP&A Analyst at Capital A. The individual will be a part of the Group Finance FP&A Team overseeing the financial and operating performance of all entities under the Capital A Group. The individual will have the opportunity to be a part of the exciting growth story of Capital A and have exposure in areas that are not limited to aviation but also its adjacency businesses as well as the growing ecosystem under the Group. Key responsibilities of the individual will be as follows :

    Responsibilities

  • Preparation of regular periodic reports for internal stakeholders including but not limited to monthly financial performance, budget reviews as well as quarterly board reporting
  • Providing key insights and analysis into the financial and operating performances of all the entities under the Group based on a deep understanding of the key levers of the business lines
  • Providing key recommendations on areas of improvement of financial and operating performances based on a sound & fact-based analysis that will contribute to the decision-making of internal and senior management stakeholders
  • Lead new initiatives and initiate process improvement in reporting and analysis to ensure the FP&A operations continue to evolve based on changing business needs
  • Requirements

  • A recognized professional qualification or degree with 3-4years of experience
  • Display high proficiency in MS Excel and MS Powerpoint
  • Has strong organizational and time management skills with ability to set priorities
  • Demonstrate a keen interest to learn and apply new capabilities & technologies ( Power BI, MySQL)
