- Assist in coordinating / interface with 3rd party logistics provider and external customers in handling customer complaints/issues and also logistics activities.
- Support the implementation of cost effective and sustainable supply chain strategies.
- Collect and analyze data related to supply chain operations (Eg. Factors affecting demand, analyzing sales stock, OTIF measures, Drive logistics efficiency programs, Build Value Stream Mapping).
- Collecting data on factors known to affect demand & Analyzing sales, stock, and other data statistics.
- Support projects and initiatives to enhance overall supply chin performance.
- Prepare reports to communicate key findings and recommendation to the supply chain team.
- Currently enrolled or recently graduated with a business, logistics, or related Degree program
- Prior internship experience a plus but not required
- Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently and across teams
- Able to commit to fulltime internship for min of 6 months duration
