Job Responsibility

Establish, design and maintain our accounts across all social media networking channels. (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok etc.)
Develop and maintain social media strategies and marketing techniques to increase visibility and traffic for our brand.
Conducting research to see what competitors are doing and to learn popular trends to incorporate into the strategy.
Prepare social media content and be in charge of online correspondence.
Evaluate effectiveness of online marketing projects, provide report and recommendations based on the results.
Design and create layout and any required artwork for campaigns and company activities.
To ensure customer satisfaction, must respond to complaints, questions and comments on the companyâs social media pages in a timely with appropriate manner.
Continuously monitors site analytics to see what types of content followers respond to the most and adjusts the strategy accordingly.
Coordinate with sales team to create marketing campaigns.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and major graphic software/multimedia design.
Working experience in digital marketing experience will be an added advantage.
Knowledge in analysis Facebook adv will be an added advantage.
Minimum Diploma in Marketing/Advertising/Media/Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
Proven working experience in social media or related field with an excellent written and verbal communication skill.
Excellent writing, editing, presenting and communicating skills with different groups of people.
Strong creativity and conceptualizing skills.
Positive and dynamic personality with good interpersonal skills.
Required language: Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
