Monitor the flow for overall stock movement (In/Out/Transfer/Write-off) for the entire warehouse vs system.

Maintain integrity of physical stock against system.
Review and enforce the inventory management process within the warehouse are pipeline with the sales volume.
Familiar with all function of thirdparty logistics provider.
Keep track of delivery times, transport costs and efficiency.
Arrange plan routes and process shipments.
Meet cost, productivity, and accuracy and timeliness targets.
Overseeing incoming and outgoing shipping activities to ensure accuracy, completeness and conditions of shipments.
Implement cost reduction measures in all aspects of warehousing activities and logistics transactions / activities and monitor the shipping cost.
Monitor the performance of logistics, hauliers and third party providers' leadtime commitments, cost targets and customer service level (3PL).
Maintain and strengthen system operation
China HQ system, Kingdee K3, Upfos, key account B2B portal order system.
Responsible for the storage, distribution, inventory management and record maintenance of items in the warehouse, and the quality control report for inbound cargo.
Responsible for the operation of distributing goods from the warehouse to retail outlets or customer warehouses.
Ensure & monitor smooth operation in East Malaysia 3PL Warehouse.
Monthly stock take.

Job Requirement:

Required Skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, Ms Excel, MS PPT, WMS System.
Preferably min 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Executives specializing in Purchasing / Inventory / Material & Warehouse Management equivalent.
The ability to maintain a flexible work schedule, especially during peak cycles.
Preferably possess own transport.
Experienced in FMCG.
Mandarin Speaker

Salary:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
