Open Position: Business Analyst (Fintech Company)

A fintech Company is hiring for Business Analyst to join the team and be based in the Kuala Lumpur office. As Business Analyst you will assist business managers to collect, analyze and interpret data from internal and external sources to generate relevant analysis for decision making and supporting business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:

• More than 3 years relevant working experience within data analytics, business analysis or etc
  
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and identify improvement opportunities
  
• Good experience in Insurance industry and risk and asset management is a plus
  
• Good experience with tools and languages such as PowerBI, Tableau, Power Query and etc
  
• Self-driven with strong analytical and problem solving ability
  
• Excellent problem solving skills: possess the ability to resolve issues by analyzing, investigating and thinking out of the box to provide directional and structural solutions
  
• Good focus on operational excellence and on continuous improvement
