Open Position: Level 3 Windows Engineer (MNC IT Company)

An MNC IT Company is currently hiring for Level 3 Windows Engineer in the Selangor office to support and manage the Active Directory, Windows 10, Office365 and Virtualization platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Good experience in supporting and administrating Windows and Virtualization Technology Platforms such as Active Directory, Citrix, Windows 10, Office365 and etc
  
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge in Networking, Security, Server, Storage and Virtualization platform such as Citrix, VMWare, Azure and etc
  
• Good experience in change, request and incident management process with ability to identify areas of improvement, implementing bigfix and etc
  
• Experience in writing batch and automation scripts using VB, PowerShell, Perl and etc
  
• Good technical skills to troubleshoot and resolve Technical IT issues
  
• Having professional IT Certifications such as IT, MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP and etc would be added advantage
  
• A team player and comfortable working in a diverse team culture based environment
