    The Job

    Your responsibilities will include:

    • Understand the competitive payment landscape in local markets (Southeast Asia), discover market insights and identify customer pain points
    • Act as the payment expert/consultant for the product internally and externally, and as the primary contact for queries related to the product
    • Collaborate with different teams and stakeholders, project-manage the integration of payment channels onto the company's platform and overseas E2E development process from evaluating contracts to go-live
    • Understand, define and track product performance metrics and continuously enhance customer experience and performance
    • Manage channel partners and customer relationships in any product-related engagement
    • Translate business requirements into product requirement/ user stories
    • Ensure the development team understands the context and specifications to deliver a quality product within the timeline.
    • Understand user mindset and behaviour through research, observation, data-mining, and E2E testing
    • Manage partner and customer relationships in any product-related engagement

    The Profile

    • You possess a Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, or related field.
    • You have at least 3 years experience, ideally within a Product Manager/ Product Specialist or IT Business Analyst / Project Manager role.
    • You should have 3-5years+ experience in payment product management or related role
    • Good understanding of e-commerce, payment technology, payment channels, and industry players in Southeast Asia markets
    • Hands-on experience working with both business and technical teams, preferably integrating payment channels or payment services
    • Strong analytical skills and proven ability with data-driven decision-making, being able to define and manage qualitative and quantitative research and measurement plans
    • Proficient in English and Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders

    This person will be required to plan and support the integration of payment products and platform capabilities to strategic partners and key merchants, deliver innovative payment products that transform the markets while fulfilling regulatory requirements. He/ She will also be responsible for the continuous enhancement of the company's platform capabilities by working and integrating payment channels into the system and developing value-added payment capabilities.
