    About The Role
    As the Power Systems Engineering Lead, you will have the incredible opportunity to shape the future of rail transportation. You will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge railway power systems that will revolutionize the way people and goods are transported. Your passion for engineering and your commitment to excellence will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of rail projects, while ensuring the highest standards of safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

    What will I do?

  • Provide hands on technical delivery of Railways Power systems.
  • Design and develop traction power systems for railways.
  • Lead project and bid support for our projects.
  • Guide and mentor, the work of the junior engineers, and autonomously provide technical coordination to all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Provide project and bid support on the design components for our projects.
  • What will I bring?

  • Relevant Degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in railway power systems
  • Experience working on full-lifecycle railways systems projects from inception until commissioning
  • Strong Project Management skills and capabilities. Experience having delivered major projects as Project Manager or Project Director roles.
  • Experience working in Malaysia preferably with system suppliers or engineering firms.
