- Develop and drive key brand strategic roadmap and innovations and support respective business units with new product propositions and innovations.
- Drive Brand & Marketing activities covering ATL, BTL, social media, e-commerce, digital marketing, customer service, POSM, campaigns, events, etc.
- Support the development of Brand assets such as Brand identity, Brand positioning, Brand packaging design, and structural packaging development.
- Support the Marketing Director in working with new markets for category marketing execution and developing brands/businesses.
- Drive Brand Profitability as well as track and ensure brand performance and returns.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or any related field.
- At least five(5) years of brand marketing management experience in the FMCG industry.
- Experience in developing brand positioning and architecture, and new product concepts to drive category development.
- Familiar with market research studies as well as analyzing insights from findings to develop an action plan
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Market online and offline events & contests to support 360-degree campaigns
