Key Responsibilities:


  • Perform day to day administrative duties which include but not limited to sales invoicing, renewal of insurance, registration of new vehicles and preparing reports
  • Managing daytoday administrative tasks which include but not limited to sales invoicing, insurance renewal, vehicle registration and reports preparation.
  • Maintaining an efficient data filing system to ensure easy access to important documents.
  • Negotiating with contractors to secure costeffective quotations for necessary services.
  • Handling petty cash transactions and maintaining accurate records.
  • Calculating and processing monthly commissions and incentives for our dedicated sales consultants.
  • Coordinating with bankers for vehicle disbursements and financing matters.
  • Ensuring strict adherence to all sales Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Proficiency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Strong skills in reporting, administrative writing and problemsolving.
