    Job Description

  • Must be computer literate.

  • Able to work independently and under pressure with high degree of confidentiality
  • Report to Business Development Manager and Section Head
  • Data entry of customer purchase order (CPO) & updates of delivery record.
  • Ensure price / description in CPO is valid & accurate as in quotation.
  • Release work order to production.
  • Coordinate with internal supplier and feed back to company's client on delivery
  • To update all the invoice at system for LCS Invoice Listing (local shipment) to ensure K2 export update.
  • To update all the invoice at system for GST Export Declaration Documents (Export shipment) to ensure K2 export update.
  • Prepare Job Order & delivery report.
  • Monitor delivery performance and ensure meeting companies OTD target
  • Coordinate and schedule delivery with store, including transport arrangement.
  • Provide store, and production on latest update on customer orders.
  • Liaise with QA to capture all customers rejection and follow-up to ensure prompt replacement
  • Prepare shipping documents (Delivery orders, invoice, packing list , & other necessary documents)
  • To undertake other special assignments and ad-hoc related duties
  • To manage confidential documents, record and Maintain good filing systems for smooth data retrieving
  • Maintain consistent application of company policies, procedures and shop floor rules.
  • Adhere to all application Occupational Safety and Health laws and regulation as will as such standards,
    practices and procedures instituted by the Company.

  • Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head to taking accountability of the effectiveness of QMS
  • Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head establish quality policy and objectives
  • Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head in promoting the used of process approcah and rish based thinking
  • Assist on Business Development Manager & Section head engaging, directing and supporting persones to contribute to the
    effectiveness of QMS
  • Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial or equivalent.
