- Lead Automation Development Engineering Team to design process andsystem automation to maximize the manufacturing efficiency through Industry technologies.
- Lead and manage the site's Automation team to drive innovation and continuous improvement in manufacturing processes.
- Spearhead the design and deployment of Industry technologies and advanced technologies to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs aligning to business targets.
- Provide technical expert guidance and mentorship to the Automation Development, Deployment, System Integration, Project Managgement & Sustaining Team.
- Manage budgets, manage supplier teams, and optimize automation hardware and software design.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate automation solutions and data analytics for enhanced production performance.
- Implement best practices and standardization for automation development processes, resulting in increased productivity and reduced lead times.
- Mentor and develop team members, foster a culture of innovation,collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with vendors and suppliers to stay abreast of the latest automation technologies and trends.
- Implementation experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning for Lights-Out Automation in the manufacturing environment.
- Implementation experience in Smart Dispatch System, Robotic Automation with ARV (Automatic Robotic Storage), Storage Automation, ASRS, Material Management System, Systems integration, etc You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering/Technical field
- Relevant working experience and knowledge in semiconductor industry
