2.Posting of goods receipts, bin location change and etc
3.To sort out customer invoices and dispatch to them and file one copy for our own reference
4.To check manual parts order forms against computer, print out to ensure that contents of both documents are tallied during the system down.
5.To prepare PF invoice for Reman & Surplus Return
6.To assist to process Service Requisitions/Quotation and fill back orders for customers/service jobs upon arrival of parts.
7.To receive stock into the system from Principal and branches and clear related GIT immediately if necessary.
8.To deputize for Regional Parts Planner once she goes on leave/absent
9.To carry out any other clerical duties as requested by the Management from time to time.
10.To assist in backordering local products through H.O.
11.To assist to entertain incoming telephone calls
12.To prepare inter-departmental job requests from any work which requests to do for Parts department.
13.To prepare the stock order cycle time report every month.
14.To submit warranty claim – Parts
15.To return Reman Wore core to Reman Singapore, Ensure NIL value every end of the month
16.To assist on annual stock count and reconcile count
17.To manage and control emergency charges for backorder
18.To ensure backorder procedure is on the right track.
19.To raise/submit weekly lube count, check and email to H.O.
20.Release/raise transfer order for branches upon request.
21.To prepare AX housekeeping monthly report
22.To prepare customer quotation/order for counter
23.To ensure call/demand is capture correctly in AX system in order to have right items replenish through PIC.
24.Monitoring on Service Part Order to minimize Service Parts Return.
25.To ensure OTIF (Need by Date) is enter correctly
