Engineer Process - Kulim, Malaysia - Infineon Technologies

Description

In your new role you will:

1.Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process.
2.Work as a team between Manufacturing / Mnt / UPE / LBS / Technology / Quality to resolve production and quality issues and reduce production line disruptions.
3.Support tools installations as well as process ramp; technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process ramp; tool release business flow
4.Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management
5.Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process 5 Control (SPC) and other process control tools.
6.Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain processramp; operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP)
7.Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projectsYou are best equipped for this task if you have:

1. Job experience approximately 0- 5 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
2.Bachelor or Master degree in an engineering discipline (Material Science, Mechanical, Chemical, Nuclear Science).
3.Good communication skills in English and ability to interact with all levels of employees
4.Must able to work in shift pattern inside clean room environment
5.Business knowledge is more strategic for the organization
6.Ability to identify and resolve problems
