- To monitor the new hires background check progress and ensure its compliance
- To assist in the coordination and execution of campus recruiting and branding initiatives
- To support the new hires pre-onboarding and onboarding activities, and improve onboarding process for better candidate experience
- To assist in developing talent attraction materials and tracking campaign performance.
- Other ad-hoc tasks such as resume screening and interview arrangement if needed.
