    Manage day-to-day administrative and operational activities of the company such as arrangement of installation of Air-Con, and perform data entry into systemCoordinate the planning and smooth operational functionArrange and keep track of installation service for sales orderCommunicate with internal and external parties and solve issues relates to Air-Cond installation service for sales orderAssist to follow up on the status of the order and monitor closelyPrepare related report and discuss daily Air-Cond installation progress with management teamMaintain good relationship with our business partners and proactively explore opportunitiesBe able to comply to the positive culture of the companyProvide administration support to other Business Unit, as maybe required.


    Candidate must possess at least SPM/A Level/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalentPrefer 1-2 Years working experiences in any fieldFresh Graduate is encouraged to applyGood command of spoken and written English, Mandarin and Bahasa MalaysiaProficiency in Microsoft Office such as Excel, Word and Power PointPleasant personality, self-motivated & team workAble to work independently with minimum supervisionGood attitude, committed and willing to learn new taskGood organizing skills with the ability to time manage and prioritizePossess own transportMandarin Speaker Language preferableAvailable to start work immediately
