- Designing and establishing bulk and containerized export supply chains encompassing the procurement of services through to delivering and monitoring the performance of those supply chains.
- Lead the safety and delivery performance management of third-party warehouses, export and Have the ownership of all Export Permit requirements, including the accountability to ensure all permits are valid.
- Have the ownership for the Export documentation process, including delivery through internal or external resources to ensure that the required documentation to ensure all export requirements are met.

Our Role
Located at our Malaysia Regional Office in Mutiara Damansara, Petaling Jaya or this role can be performed near our operational sites. This position is responsible for export supply chain and shipping operations and ensuring the safety and efficient management of all activities. Monday to Friday, Office Hours and flexible and hybrid arrangements (work from office and home).
As the Logistics Specialist you will:
The successful candidate will possess successful experience in logistics covering procurement and working within an established export supply chain. The role will require an experienced, results-oriented professional in managing and operating warehouses activities as well as Knowledge and exposure to logistics regulatory documents and systems. A degree or professional education in logistics, supply chain management and/or similar. A valid driver's license and passport is required for this role.
