- Lead Ikano Retail competence development direction and secure a relevant learning offer
- Lead the competence year cycle including the competence mapping tool and MyLearning
- Work closely with HR Managers and Learning & Development Managers to secure an aligned framework/approach to competence development
- Evaluate organisation learning needs, develop and maintain a learning culture throughout the organisation
- Design, develop, localise and implement an integrated learning & development policy / framework, including development of learning roadmaps, to strengthen and build capabilities in the organisation in meeting the current challenges and prepare for the future
- Lead the process for development plan and ensure that guidelines/polices are market relevant
- Support the organisation with a systematic approach to learning and development by using learning staircase to build business competence and the competence mapping tool for gap analysis
- Responsible for measuring and reporting on learning programs effectiveness and oversee the learning content in the learning management system
- Conduct and facilitate trainings, workshops and support local facilitators for Ikano Retail development offer, where necessary.
- Shape team effectiveness by facilitating team building and development sessions.
- Introduce innovations to existing programs e.g new approach in securing government training/learning grants, etc.
- You have at least 5 years proven track record in Learning & Development and learning solutions
- You have good planning, organising and facilitation skills
- You are able to translate business needs into structured, practical learning solutions and processes to support strategic business objectives
- You have strong interpersonal and communication skills to influence and engage stakeholders
- You are able to collaborate with stakeholders across all level of business
- You are highly independent, detail-oriented and able to roll up your sleeves.
