    Key responsibilities

    As the Mobility Specialist, supporting Europe, in the Rewards, Benefit and Mobility team of our Global Business Centre, you will be responsible for the following;


    • Overview and direct ownership of handling multiple employee and/or manager Global Mobility issues or concerns, including any escalated from Tier 1. Escalate to COE or HRBP as required.


    • Coordinate relocation efforts between the various stakeholders as well as the 3rd party service providers.


    • Partner with global mobility colleagues, HR teams, Line Manager, external vendors and other parties ensure effective management of the assignment population


    • Oversee all global relocations annually to ensure total compliance in immigration, social security, tax and legal matters.


    • Working and partnering with external vendors driving value and ensure exceptional service and delivery for Global mobility related services including relocation services, Global Mobility tax provider and international benefits


    • Conducting briefing sessions for Assignees & Permanent Transfers


    • Prepare and analyse cost projections for business approval for assignments and relocations


    • Prepare assignment documentation and manage instructions to payrolls and shadow payrolls where required.


    • Advise the business on the considerations for potential assignment or working arrangements considerations from a tax, social security, reporting and immigration perspective for both individuals and for the company.


    • Advise and interact with payroll teams globally in the implementation of assignee compensation and analysis of monthly reports.


    • Drive annual pay review process and MIP process for Long Term Assignees in terms of preparation, planning, execution and communication.


    • Prepare annual (an in some instances quarterly) exchange rate reconciliations for Long Term Assignees.


    • Provide guidance to the key stakeholders on Global Mobility policy, processes and associated assignment considerations ensuring compliance with Global Mobility policies.


    • Responsible for Global Mobility survey submissions and benchmarking data.


    • Assist in reviewing and developing global mobility policies, ensuring that company's global mobility programme reflects best practice and meets business requirements.


    • Responsible for the creation of ad-hoc reports and analysis as needed to respond to requests for information throughout the organisation. Provides interpretation and recommendation based on data collected from internal/external sources.


    • Support the provision of training and education to HR and the Business on all aspects of Global Mobility including policies and systems


    • Continuous Excellence and end-to-end process ownership across Global Mobility areas of work


    • Other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications and skills

    Service Delivery


    • Experience of working in a multi-national and multi-lingual environment, both locally and remotely serviced.


    • Demonstrated attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks, meet deadlines and maintain high quality work


    • Highly organized and detail oriented. Able to work both independently and as a team at all levels


    • Curiosity and initiative to resolve tasks in a timely manner

    Technology Enablement


    • Advanced use of MS office and other key business tools.


    • Preferred experience of using Assignment Pro system


    • Previous experience with SAP Successfactors HRIS and ServiceNow HR Service Delivery suite would be a significant advantage

    Legal / Regulatory


    • Knowledge of compliance in immigration, social security, tax, and legal matters.

    • Comfortable ensuring all stakeholders are fully trained on correct/relevant user processes to ensure a 'right first time' way of working.


    • Confident giving both targeted feedback to individuals and small groups and widespread feedback to larger communities where education and strategic improvements are required to ensure processes continue to be effective and efficient


    • Proactively use problem solving skills to help drive the GBS development agenda and roll out large scale education and training programmes.

    Language and communication


    • Good English language proficiency as this is Kerry's most widely spoken language.


    • Confidently able to successfully deliver services and have high quality interactions with Business Partners and Customer groups.


    • Able to select the most appropriate method of communication to any given situation and tailor approach accordingly to ensure the most receptive audience and the best likelihood of influence and success.

    Qualifications/Experience


    • Bachelor's degree is required


    • 3+ years' experience in a Mobility, Reward, HR or Business related role


    • Some experience of working with expatriate programs preferred


    • Some knowledge of expatriate assignment compensation and payroll preferred
