- Perform accounts payable function related to inventory purchasing or vendor invoices
- Record invoices accurately and timely in the accounting system
- Prepare documents required for payments, preparation of payments to vendors
- Assist in the preparation of GST quarterly
- Timeliness and accuracy of monthly account closing on the assigned activity
- Being a proactive partner to various internal departments and external business partners
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time
- A passion for all things accounting and finance
- A genuine interest in retailing and/or e-commerce
- An ability to think & work strategically and systematically – continuously prioritizing key deliverables
- Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to think out of the box with solutions that are scalable, sustainable and cost-efficient

- Diploma/Degree in accountancy
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply (1-2 years of relevant experience is a plus)
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Proficient in verbal and written Chinese is a must as we will need to process documents in Mandarin
- Experience with SAP B1 or able to speak Cantonese is a plus as we will need to process documents in Mandarin

The role
You will be responsible for running day-to-day operations for our HQ and local team and contributing to the growth of the regional accounting function. You will not only ensure timely preparation of our payable / receivable function across our entities. You will also help to drive the improvement of accounting best practices in all operating entities.
